Student – need advice

I have finals weeks coming up and I’m looking for some advice on how to minimize progress loss. I’m realistically not going to be able to get in the gym more than 5 times or so in the next 2.5 weeks, just from not having any time. So I was wondering what I could do in terms of food and workouts to minimize losses.

I’m cutting right now, trying to eat 1600 on rest days and 2400 on training days. I train 4 times a week with this split:

1: chest/bi 2: back/traps 3: hamstrings 4: shoulders/tri 5: quads/calves

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

Bulking too much

Hello gainers,

I have started training after a long pause and trained now for over three weeks. My goal is to get bigger, but I want to keep my body fat low.

I weigh myself every week and gain around 1kg mass every week. It concerns me, because one saya that you can only gain max 250g lean muscle per week. The other mass is most likely fat.

Should I reduce my intake or meet my macros only the days I train and day after?

I increase weights every time I train and it is going really well in the gym. I follow Ice Cream Fitness program for bulking.
