I have finals weeks coming up and I’m looking for some advice on how to minimize progress loss. I’m realistically not going to be able to get in the gym more than 5 times or so in the next 2.5 weeks, just from not having any time. So I was wondering what I could do in terms of food and workouts to minimize losses.
I’m cutting right now, trying to eat 1600 on rest days and 2400 on training days. I train 4 times a week with this split:
1: chest/bi 2: back/traps 3: hamstrings 4: shoulders/tri 5: quads/calves
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!
